Job Title: Manager Projects

Job Overview:
The Manager Projects is responsible for overseeing and leading multiple projects from
initiation to completion. This role ensures that each project meets its objectives, stays
within budget, and is completed on time. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating,
and managing resourcesâboth internal and externalâto achieve project success while
aligning with the companyâs strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Initiation:
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with
stakeholders and senior management. Develop detailed project plans that include
resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.
2. Team Leadership:
Lead and manage project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation. Ensure
that team members understand their roles and responsibilities, and facilitate
collaboration and communication across departments.
3. Resource Management:
Allocate resources efficiently to ensure successful project execution. Coordinate with
department heads to assign team members based on project requirements and
availability.
4. Budget and Financial Management:
Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets to ensure that projects stay within
approved financial limits. Track financial performance and identify cost-saving
opportunities or risks.
5. Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks, issues, and obstacles. Develop risk mitigation strategies
and ensure proper escalation processes are in place.
6. Monitor Progress and Performance:
Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Adjust project plans as necessary
to meet objectives, and report on progress to senior management and key stakeholders.
7. Stakeholder Communication:
Regularly communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on
project progress, issues, and results. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure
alignment with project goals.
8. Quality Control:
Ensure that all project deliverables meet required quality standards and are delivered
within scope. Implement quality assurance practices, maintaining attention to detail
throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Change Management:
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources as necessary. Ensure that
change management processes are followed and documented appropriately.
10. Post-Project Evaluation:
Conduct project reviews to assess successes, challenges, and lessons learned.
Implement improvements in project management processes based on feedback and
evaluations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education: B.E Civil.
Skills:
ï• Strong leadership and team management skill
ï• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
ï• Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project,
Trello, Asana)
ï• Financial and budget management experience
ï• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
ï• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
ï• Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
