Experience: 5 to 10 years' experience in sales and business development in the Education/EdTech sector/Payments/financial services/FinTech.
Role Brief:.
- Will own sales, partnerships, alliances and business development for multiple Education/EdTech partners and attain business growth.
- Understand the market, build partner relations and gain competitive advantage.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:.
- Responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving acquisition & growth targets.
- Establish & strengthen relationship with partners to gain leads.
- Must have built relationships and communication channels across multiple partners, staffs and across various Education/EdTech institutions.
- Business and market development; market research and planning, strategic direction for acquisition and sales enhancement, promotion, coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Responsible for hunting and farming activities and meeting the business targets of growth and acquisitions.
- Fetching brand offers, negotiations and maintain excellent partner relationships.
- Provide leadership, direction and management of the respective market and category/channel acquisitions.
- Ensure ShopSe acquires prominent brands in India so as to enhance maximum sales volume.
- Build brand pipelines, attractive offers and discounts.
- Engaging in frequent travel and in-person meetings with partners to gain insight into on-the-ground realities and foster stronger relationships.
- Taking full ownership of merchants, including overseeing product enhancements, managing delinquency, and handling escalations throughout the entire process.
- Utilizing funnel analytics to pinpoint opportunities for improving conversion rates.
