Job Description
- Analyze and understand business requirements to develop technical solutions
- Evaluate existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements
- Design and propose system enhancements, including specifications and diagrams
- Coordinate with development and IT teams to implement and test system changes
- Conduct system performance analysis and troubleshooting to ensure functionality
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members
- Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; additional certifications are advantageous
- Proven experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies
- Proficiency in business analysis tools, modeling techniques, and requirements gathering
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or within a team
- Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):Certifications in business analysis or system analysis (CBAP, CCBA, etc
- )
- Experience with process modeling tools (BPMN, UML, etc
- )
- Knowledge of database querying and SQL
- Familiarity with Agile or other iterative development methodologies
