POSITION PROFILE
Position Title: IT Procurement Executive
Location: New Delhi
Reports to/Position Title: Manager Technical & Operations
Assistant Manager, Project Development
Senior Managers, Managers (dotted line)

Role Requirements:

Overall Purpose/Broad Functions
The Procurement Executive will be responsible for the strategic sourcing, negotiation, and procurement
of IT hardware, software, services, and telecommunications solutions. This position requires a proactive
individual who can collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, manage supplier relationships, and
drive continuous improvement in the procurement process.

Key roles & responsibilities:
1. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with IT vendors (hardware, software, services) to secure
optimal terms.
2. Analyze spending patterns, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to
reduce IT procurement expenses.
3. Collaborate with IT teams to understand technical requirements and evaluate vendor solutions
against those needs.
4. Assess and mitigate risks associated with IT procurement, including supply chain disruptions and vendor viability.
5. Develop and implement efficient procurement processes and workflows for IT-related goods and services.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key IT vendors.

7. Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including contracts, pricing, and vendor performance.

Qualification: Graduate from a recognized institute
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT Procurement.
Location: Delhi

Ability to work under pressure and meet procurement targets.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of IT security best practices.
Compensation offered:
2.5-3 Lakhs per annum CTC
