  • Experience: : 3-4 years
  • Qualifications: Technical Graduate/BE/MCA in Computer Science
  • Certification: Certification in Data Management or related field (preferred)

    • About the Role
    As a PMO Analyst at SKO Systems, you will play a pivotal role in supporting project delivery and operations. You will assist in resource alignment, budget tracking, milestone updates, and effective stakeholder communication.


    What You Will Be Doing

    Project Support:
  • Facilitate resource alignment, budget tracking, and milestone updates.
  • Analyze project data and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
  • Support risk identification and resolution planning.
  • Ensure governance and support for programmes and projects.


    • Communication Coordination:
  • Develop internal/external communication strategies.
  • Prepare consultation materials, reports, and stakeholder briefings.
  • Track and manage actions from meetings.


    • Operational Efficiency:
  • Raise invoices upon milestone completion and confirm payments.
  • Prepare analytical data and presentations for business leads.
  • Suggest process improvements for enhanced operational efficiency.


    • What You Will Need
  • 3 4 years of experience in project management or operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and presentation.
  • Strong understanding of governance and programme/project management principles.
  • Excellent English communication skills.


    • Added Bonus If You Have
  • Experience with advanced data analytics.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
