Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Land related activities such as survey, Mutation, location possession etc
- Project Pre Licensing-NOC from fire ,Consent from PCB, Aviation clearance from both CIAL and NAVAL ,Lay out Approval from RTP,CTP, License from Geology Dept etc
- License and completion Occupancy ,tax Assessment, Ownership Change power allocation, Individual Power ,KWA Connection, One time village tax assessment, Cess assessment
- Settlement of neighboring issues pertaining to all ongoing projects
- Association formation and common area registration
- Ownership change of common area power and KWA
- Temporary power connection and follow up
- Project related statutory remittances
- Connected load enhancements
- Re-fix the collapsed boundary during construction time
Liaisoning with police station ,Local authorities and concerned officials.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in Commercial activities. Candidates having experience in real estate industry preferred.
