Job Summary :

We are looking for a talented Frontend Developer with 4-7 years of experience and strong expertise in React.js, Redux, Redux-Saga, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, responsive, and scalable user interfaces for our web applications. You will play a crucial role in the entire frontend development lifecycle, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and code quality.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js.

- Implement complex state management solutions using Redux and manage side effects effectively with Redux-Saga.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code primarily in JavaScript (ES6+) for client-side logic.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect and highly functional user interfaces.

- Integrate frontend applications seamlessly with backend RESTful APIs.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across a wide range of devices and screen sizes.

- Optimize application performance, focusing on fast loading times, smooth interactions, and efficient rendering.

- Conduct thorough unit testing and participate in integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the reliability and quality of frontend components.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to frontend applications.

- Utilize version control systems, preferably Git, for collaborative development.

- Stay updated with the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in React.js, JavaScript, and frontend development.

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-7 years of hands-on experience as a Frontend Developer.

- Strong expertise in React.js and its core principles.

- Proficiency in state management with Redux and side-effect management with Redux-Saga.

- Excellent command of JavaScript (ES6 or Latest), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Strong understanding of modern frontend build pipelines and tools (Webpack, npm/yarn).

- Experience with integrating RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with version control systems ( Git).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldor equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with TypeScript.

- Familiarity with other React ecosystem libraries (React Router, Styled Components).

- Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Enzyme).

- Experience with performance optimization techniques for web applications.

- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
