Project Monitoring Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Project Monitoring Engineer with a strong background in planning, scheduling, and monitoring of hydropower or dam projects using Primavera (P6). The role involves active coordination, schedule management, and reporting to ensure projects are executed within defined timelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
  
• Monitor progress against project milestones and critical paths.
  
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status/progress reports.
  
• Identify bottlenecks, delays, and suggest corrective measures.
  
• Coordinate with project stakeholders (engineering, procurement, site execution).
  
• Ensure project progress aligns with baseline plans.
  
• Assist in resource loading, cash flow projections, and planning documentation.
  
• Participate in internal and client review meetings.
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Hydropower, Hydro Electric, or Dam projects.
  
• Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 is mandatory.
  
• Strong knowledge in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring techniques.
  
• Excellent reporting, analytical, and communication skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project is an added advantage.

• Willing to travel or relocate to project locations.
