Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service standards.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maintain profitability.
- Develop menus, pricing strategies, and promotions to drive sales growth.
- Supervise staff performance, provide training, and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, HACCP guidelines, and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-13 years of experience in hospitality industry with expertise in F&B operations.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management principles and practices (IHM/BHM degree preferred).
- Proven track record of managing multiple outlets simultaneously while maintaining quality control.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
