Job Description
Role Description :
To manage the team and manage the house keeping activities at the site
Role & responsibilities :
Assign work duties, evaluate performance, and train new personnel in policies and procedures, as well as operation of cleaning and maintenance equipment.
GMP Area lab cleanings as per schedule to monitor on day-day basis
SOP Preparation and Modification Knowledge
waste Management monitor proper collection and storage at designated place
Handle complaints, and all housekeeping-related customer service concerns and resolve any problems efficiently.
Maintain inventory records of cleaning and other supplies, and may handle purchasing of materials and equipment maintenance services.
Preferred candidate profile :
Preferred Pharma Experience candidates/Facility Management Background
Should have managed a team
