About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core and React.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of software design principles, full stack architecture, cloud deployment, and enterprise-level development practices. Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, and React.js.

- Build rich UI components with React.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS ensuring responsive and intuitive user experiences.

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and ensure seamless backend-frontend integration.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following SOLID principles and design patterns.

- Utilize Entity Framework and LINQ for data access and manipulation.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, etc.).

- Ensure quality and performance through code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning.

- Monitor and troubleshoot application performance using ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).

- Apply Agile development methodologies and participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure solutions remain modern and effective.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5+ years of full-stack development experience using .NET Core and React.js.

- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and LINQ.

- Expert in front-end development with React.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.

- Experience building and integrating with RESTful APIs.

- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (e.g., App Services, Functions, Blob Storage).

- Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux, React Query, or similar.

- Good understanding of SQL and database design.

- Experience working with Git and version control systems.

- Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

- Solid grasp of microservices architecture and building distributed systems.

- Familiarity with ELK Stack for logging, monitoring, and diagnostics.

- Experience with CI/CD processes and tools like Azure DevOps.

- Adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of performance tuning, application security, and cloud cost optimization.

- Experience with serverless computing in Azure.

- Exposure to domain-driven design (DDD) and test-driven development (TDD).

- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Bicep.
