* Excellent communication, research and analytical skills
* Experience in business/industry research and exposure to both secondary and primary research
* Keen eye for detail and a focused, methodical approach to work
* Enthusiastic about working in a niche start-up and contributing to its growth

* To research, collect, summarize and validate News pertaining to E, S and G factors.
* To understand, research, collect and analyze various data points that affect three pillars of Sustainability.
* To write customer insights based on the deep dive research conducted on the company

* To have a deeper understanding of the market, the ability and willingness to interact with the market, stakeholders, clients and prospects.
