Executive - Documentation Logistics

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and manage all export/import documentation in line with international trade regulations
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs, and transporters
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems for audits and compliance
• Liaise with internal teams for smooth dispatch planning and inventory control

Requirements

• 24 years of experience in logistics, documentation, or export-import operations
• Strong knowledge of shipping terms (Incoterms), customs procedures, and documentation (BL, invoice, packing list, COO, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics ERP systems
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
