Role & responsibilities
- Handle cost evaluation and negotiations for proprietary components (hydraulics, brakes, clutches, etc.).
- Engage with approved vendors for commercial alignment based on technical specs and global benchmarks.
- Ensure program timelines are met for sourcing and supply of critical components.
- Drive discussions on licensing, royalty, and special tooling costs with OEM technology suppliers.
- Participate in localization planning of high-value import items.
- Track international currency movements and negotiate rate contracts accordingly
