Talent Sourcing:
Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to source potential candidates.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Implement innovative sourcing techniques to reach passive candidates.
Candidate Screening and Assessment:
Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and experience.
