We are looking for an analytical, target-driven and people focused operations leader to lead operations and expansion for us PAN India. This executive-level role will focus on driving operational excellence, process improvements, and ensuring scalability within the organization. You will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to implement strategies that improve workflow, cost optimization, attainment of savings goals, and the mitigation of risk across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Work with senior management to establish long-term company goals and provide operational guidance to achieve those objectives.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor team, ensuring that employees are motivated, well-trained, and working toward the companys objectives.
- Oversee budget preparation and financial forecasting for operational departments.
- Optimize studio workflows, resource management, and client services to ensure high-quality output and timely project delivery.
- Ensure that operations stay within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and service. Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives while balancing the need for quality and creativity.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and partnerships.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements in the localization and dubbing industry and drive the integration of innovative tools and processes that improve operational efficiency.
- Drive data-based analyses to arrive at solutions or opportunities without compromising our strategy.
- Define, implement and evaluate quality assurance processes and ensure all projects meet the studio's high standards of sound, localization accuracy, and technical performance.
- Be at the forefront of identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies in localization and dubbing to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, media production, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- Proven experience or in a senior operational role, within the media, entertainment, OTT/ VO or localization industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage teams.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cost management within a creative business.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of industry technologies and trends in dubbing and localization.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to think strategically while remaining focused on day-to-day operational efficiency.
