Spaulding Ridge - OneStream Consultant - EPM Implementation (3-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead or contribute to end-to-end OneStream implementation projects for global clients.

- Develop and manage business rules, member formulas, and complex calculation logic in OneStream.

- Translate financial and operational requirements into effective EPM solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Project Management.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within client environments.

- Support solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, and post-go-live support.

Requirements :

- 3- 7 years of experience in OneStream or Oracle EPM (HFM, FCCS, Planning).

- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, and planning processes.

- Proven expertise in building business rules, workflows, and metadata structures.

- Experience with data integration and transformation in EPM platforms.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or a related field
