We are looking for an E-commerce Executive for the sustainable products Category. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for planning & and leading the E-commerce sales and operations. The location of the job will be Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales operations and day-to-day activities on eCommerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
• Creating strategies, monitoring, analysing & improving business performance on the e-commerce marketplaces
• Addressing and resolving customer issues, delivery issues, and concerns in a timely manner and
• ensuring excellent customer service.
• Listing new products on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart including image requirements
• Create weekly reports to showcase the change/growth of metrics around the above 5 points.
• Manage promotional ad campaigns at marketplaces and report on the ROI metrics.
• Maintaining a strong relationship with all the POC of eCommerce portals.
• Working closely with various internal teams and third-party associates

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
• A Minimum of 2+ years of E-commerce Sales Experience is a MUST or
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the E-commerce Industry.
• Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving, and excellent analytical skills
• Good to have Knowledge of digital marketing such as PPC, SEO, Social Media Display, and affiliate marketing channels.
• Proactive and hardworking
• Good communication skills with a self-starter attitude
• Willing to work in a start-up environment.
• Product content development, such as images and videos, will be an advantage.
