Product Manager

Summary of the position We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager with 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, a deep understanding of the financial services industry, and a passion for driving innovation. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our product roadmap and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of new product features and enhancements for the flagship products.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including product definition, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the successful
delivery of products.
Define clear product goals, KPIs, and metrics for measuring success.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the financial technology space.
Prioritize product features based on business value, customer impact, and resource constraints.
Maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and security requirements within the financial services industry.
Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders, including leadership and customers.

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial technology or data-driven products sector.
Strong understanding of financial systems, regulations, and compliance standards (e.g., AML, KYC).
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications is a plus.
