Coddle Technologies - UI/UX Designer - Adobe Creative Suite (1-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

- Design and deliver high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience.

- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.

- Conduct usability testing and provide actionable insights for enhancing user experiences.

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about user needs.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

- Experience with prototyping tools such as Axure, Marvel, or similar.

- Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.

- Experience with design thinking and agile methodologies.

- Knowledge of front-end development is an added advantage.
