Role & responsibilities
1.Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and final settlements
2. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS/HRMS system
3. Administer payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and employee benefits
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, handling statutory documentation (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
5. Support in HR audits and generate regular reports, dashboards, and MIS
6.Address and resolve employee queries related to HR policies, salary, and benefits
7.Collaborate with internal departments (finance, admin, IT) for smooth HR operations
8.Assist in the implementation of HR projects and process improvements
9.Coordinate with IT, Admin, and other departments to ensure smooth employee onboarding/offboarding
10.Assist with the roll-out of HR initiatives, including health & wellness programs, engagement activities, and policy updates
11.Creating and implementing employee training programs and development plans
12. Sourcing, screening and hiring new employees
