Role Overview

We are hiring a result-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our online sales strategy across both marketplaces and D2C platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital retail dynamics within the FMCG space and experience in managing performance campaigns, listings, and supply chain coordination across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, and others.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning across e-commerce platforms.

- Manage product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions.

- Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and consumer behavior to optimize performance.

- Coordinate with digital marketing and supply chain teams for smooth order fulfillment.

- Build relationships with category managers on marketplaces.

- Handle P&L accountability for e-commerce vertical.

Candidate Requirements

- 4-8 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, preferably in FMCG.

- Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with digital tools/platforms.

- Excellent coordination skills and entrepreneurial drive.
