Training & Development - Identifying training needs of the employees (TNI), creating training calendar, conducting training programmes, assessing training effectiveness, overall training administration;  

Performance Management - Deriving KRAs and KPIs of all the job roles, developing the PMS framework of the company, driving performance assessments periodically, deriving performance rewards/ increments annually;

Employee Engagement Programmes - Creating Employee Engagement calendars, conducting employee engagements programmes, conducting town hall meetings/ open house, driving employee engagement surveys & taking actions on the outcomes, creating a positive environment;

Employee Retention - Identifying high performer & high potential employees (HiPer & HiPo), devising strategy and scheme to retain them, succession planning;

Rewards & Recognition programmes - Devising the R & R schemes, conducting R & R programmes;

Induction & Orientation of the new joiners - Taking care of the induction & orientation of the new joiners, hand holding & supporting during the initial days;

HR Analytics - Preparing HRMIS and HR Analytics periodically; identifying actionable areas on the basis of analytics;
