We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Support Engineers to join our IT operations team.
Position : L1/L2 Support Engineer
Experience Required : 1 to 3 Years
Mode : On-site (Location-based)
Locations : Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Chennai , Noida
Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days Preferred
Role Overview :
As an L1/L2 Support Engineer at Stalwart Innovations, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing essential day-to-day support to our users.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving system, network, and software-related problems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
This role requires a customer-first mindset, strong technical , and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide timely and effective technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues at Level 1 and Level 2.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Respond to support requests via ticketing system, email, or phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or appropriate internal teams following defined protocols.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Assist with user account management and access permissions.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues proactively.
- Provide basic training to users on software and system usage.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations.
- Follow up with users to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
You're a Great Fit If You Have :
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Familiarity with system administration tasks (e., user management, software installation).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (e., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- A strong customer-first mindset with a focus on providing excellent service.
- Experience working with IT support ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
- A willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced technical environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
