Executive/Sr. Executive - Purchase(Packing Material)

Roles and Responsibilities

• New Vendor Development, Audit and assessment.
• Work on new project development, arranging trail samples, coordinate with plant production, QC, BD and vendor for the same.
• Implementation and regular check of guidelines instructed to vendor for quality improvement
• Work on Packing Material inventory and dead stock.
• Taking quotations from vendors, negotiation on rate, discuss with Seniors and Business development team for placing orders.
• Actively involved in packing material rejection issues, causes, and corrective action measures for the same.
• Coordination with Vendor follow up, Plant PPIC (Production planning inventory control) and Business Development team to expedite material supply from vendor.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Excellent Communication with atleast 1 to 2 years experience in Pharma Company

* Must be a Graduate with experience of Packing Material(PM) - Purchase

* SAP knowledge preferred

* Good Negotiation Skills
