Responsibilities :

We are on the hunt for a Senior QA Engineer who doesnt just test but builds testing systems that push the boundaries of automation, innovation, and intelligence. If you have over 6 years of experience, a strong foundation in Python-based automation, and a keen interest in applying AI/ML to quality assurance, then you might just be our next game-changer.

In this role, youll lead cutting-edge proof-of-concept projects, shape the next-gen QA automation strategy, and work alongside a diverse, cross-functional team. We love thinkers, tinkerers, and those who never stop asking: What else can we do better?

What will you do :

- Automate Everything : Design, develop, and scale Python-based automation frameworks (web, API, data validation).

- Innovate with AI : Lead experiments using AI/ML (self-healing tests, test summarization, bug prediction) and integrate successful models into the QA ecosystem.

- Drive Quality : Own the quality bar across projects by applying functional, integration, system, regression, and exploratory testing practices.

- Collaborate Broadly : Engage with product, data science, DevOps, and engineering teams globally to create high-quality, reliable releases.

- Modernize QA : Introduce and advocate for open-source tools, GenAI copilots, and prompt-based automation across test suites.

Desired Qualifications :

- 6+ years in QA with a focus on automation, Python as primary language.

- Comfortable with tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or other productivity copilots.

- Experience building scalable automation frameworks from scratch (Playwright, Selenium, Pytest).

- Strong understanding of QA fundamentals test design, defect lifecycle, requirements analysis.

- Hands-on experience in AI/ML with a mindset to explore more.

- Experience in API testing (REST Assured, Postman) and SQL-based data validations.

- CI/CD tools exposure (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves :

- Exposure to AI-based test generation or test maintenance tools

- Familiarity with performance, security, or visual regression testing.

- Experience with BDD (pytest-bdd, Behave) and exploratory testing techniques.

- Contribution to open-source QA tools or innovation platforms.
