Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our team in Noida Sector 85. The ideal candidate will lead and support 360° marketing campaigns, drive brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to the growth of Steadfast Nutrition's product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
  
• Lead product promotion strategies for sports nutrition, wellness, and lifestyle supplements.
  
• Manage social media platforms, email marketing, SEO/SEM initiatives, and influencer partnerships.
  
• Coordinate with creative teams for branding, packaging, and promotional materials.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to optimize strategy.
  
• Oversee the planning and execution of fitness expos, athlete sponsorships, and brand collaborations.
  
• Track marketing performance metrics (ROI, engagement, conversion rates) and prepare reports.
  
• Work cross-functionally with sales, R&D, and operations for cohesive brand messaging.
  
• Monitor digital ads and manage agency or vendor relationships when required.
  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  
• 3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in nutrition, FMCG, or health & wellness.
  
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends (Google Ads, Meta, Mailchimp, etc.).
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  
• Ability to think creatively, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  
• Passion for fitness, health, and wellness is a plus.
