Provide proactive tax planning advice to minimize liabilities and optimize financial outcomes. Tax Compliance: Oversee and ensure the accurate and timely preparation and filing of various tax returns (corporate, individual, partnership, etc.). Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations. Client Advisory: Provide expert advice on tax implications related to business transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and other financial activities. Act as a trusted advisor to clients on complex tax matters. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the tax department, providing guidance and support to tax professionals. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Understand clients' needs and business objectives to deliver customized tax solutions. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of tax workpapers, documentation, and filings.
