Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as International Admissions and Sales Executive. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students towards higher education opportunities abroad, with a focus on connecting them with student representatives and directors in Germany. You will be the primary point of contact for students and university delegates worldwide, ensuring a smooth and efficient process throughout their educational journey.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Manage and provide guidance to student coordinators across all branches, ensuring effective coordination and support.
  2. Handle administrative and clerical duties as required to maintain smooth operations.
  3. Conduct marketing activities to identify prospective students interested in pursuing education abroad.
  4. Research and analyze sales options to optimize student enrollment and Marketing.
  5. Serve as a mediator between university officials and students, facilitating effective communication and understanding.
  6. Address all student inquiries related to foreign education, providing prompt and accurate responses.
  7. Provide regular feedback to our student directors in Germany, offering insights on student progress and performance.
  8. Profile Assessment and Guidance: Evaluate students academic backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable overseas education options, including universities, colleges, and programs.
  9. Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, addressing inquiries and providing follow-up support to ensure clarity and satisfaction throughout the decision-making process.
  10. Admissions and Financial Support: Assist students in understanding admission requirements and provide information on financial aid opportunities and scholarships to help them make informed choices.

Skills Required:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
  2. Strong ability to develop and foster positive relationships with current and potential clients.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Proficiency in English is essential.
  5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve results.
  6. Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations.
  7. Fast learner and quick thinker, capable of adapting to evolving situations.
  8. Passionate about sales and driven to meet targets.
  9. Ability to thrive and grow in a competitive environment.
