Mis Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports for different departments.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes using advanced Excel functions and macros (VBA).
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and present findings.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver solutions.
• Validate data for accuracy and consistency before publishing reports.
• Maintain data confidentiality and integrity at all times.
• Support audits and provide requested data on time.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide continuous process improvements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Advanced Excel Skills Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF Statements, Conditional Formatting, Charts, Data Validation.
• Macros/VBA knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management and the ability to meet tight deadline

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.

Experience Required:

• 3-6 years of experience in MIS reporting or a similar role.

Experience in using Excel for data analysis and reporting in a business environmentRole & responsibilities
