Role Summary
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on the US market, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities. Your primary responsibilities include identifying, qualifying, and engaging with potential clients, effectively laying the groundwork for our sales team to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect Identification: Research and identify high-potential prospects within the US market using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other data sources.
- Outreach: Conduct personalized outreach through calls, emails, and social media to engage decision-makers and introduce our SaaS market research solutions.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to assess prospects' needs, pain points, and readiness to adopt our solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a detailed and organized record of interactions and leads in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Follow-Up: Schedule and facilitate meetings or demos with Account Executives for qualified leads.
- Market Insights: Provide feedback from US-based prospects to help refine product positioning and marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5years of SDR or inside sales experience, with a preference for SaaS, CX or market research in B2B industries targeting the US market as a plus advantage.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored to US business etiquette.
- Sales Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach platforms (e.g., Outreach.io, SalesLoft).
- Market Understanding: Knowledge of the US market, including key industries and cultural nuances, is essential.
- Drive & Resilience: Goal-oriented with a proactive and persistent approach to achieving targets.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time zones and effectively prioritize tasks for the US market.
