AGM Sales - Real Estate

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced AGM Sales in Real Estate with minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Fetch, Identify and qualify new leads.
• Conduct market research and analysis.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Develop and maintain relationships and networks with channel partners.
• Stay up to date on the latest real estate trends.
• Ready to work on Targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is a must.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Must own a 2- or 4-wheeler.
