React/Angular Developer

 Job Summary 
Synechron is seeking a proficient React or Angular Developer to design, develop, and deliver dynamic, user-centric web applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute to the organizations digital initiatives by creating scalable, maintainable front-end solutions that enhance user experience and support strategic business objectives.

 Software  

Required:

Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS or Angular (latest stable versions)

Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles

Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket)

Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration practices

Experience with build tools (Webpack, npm, Angular CLI, etc.)

Preferred:

Knowledge of TypeScript, Redux, NgRx, or other state management libraries

Familiarity with cloud deployment platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Karma, Cypress)

 Overall Responsibilities 

Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable front-end applications using React or Angular

Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product teams to implement intuitive features

Translate design mockups and wireframes into functional code, ensuring responsiveness across devices

Optimize application performance for speed and scalability

Participate in code reviews, follow best practices in front-end development, and ensure consistency across projects

Work within Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and deliver features on time

Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to inform continuous improvement

Contribute to documentation and ensure adherence to coding standards and technical guidelines

 Technical Skills (By Category) 

Programming Languages:

EssentialJavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred)

PreferredHTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS

Frameworks & Libraries:

EssentialReactJS OR Angular (latest long-term support versions)

PreferredState management tools like Redux or NgRx, Angular Material, React Material-UI

Databases/Data Management:

Awareness of backend data sources and REST API integration; familiarity with NoSQL/SQL databases is advantageous

Cloud Technologies:

PreferredCloud deployment, hosting, or CI/CD tools (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Development Tools & Methodologies:

Version control (Git)

Build tools (Webpack, npm, Angular CLI)

Agile/Scrum development practices

Security & Accessibility:

Understanding of front-end security best practices

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)

 Experience  

5 to 10 years of professional experience in front-end development with ReactJS or Angular

Proven experience delivering complex web applications in enterprise or large-scale environments

Experience working in Agile teams, delivering features in iterative cycles

Ability to translate user experience design into functional and optimized code

Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams and managing stakeholder expectations

 Day-to-Day Activities 

Design and implement new UI components and features based on requirements

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness

Review code, conduct technical discussions, and mentor junior developers

Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, and UI/UX teams to ensure seamless integration

Participate in planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile environment

Evaluate new front-end tools and libraries, recommending best practices for adoption

Troubleshoot UI issues, debug across browsers/devices, and resolve frontend bugs

Produce and maintain technical documentation for developed features

 Qualifications 

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Scrum, or Angular/React certifications) are a plus

Demonstrated proficiency in ReactJS or Angular with a strong portfolio of completed projects

 Professional Competencies 

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities in technical contexts

Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts simply

Leadership qualities to mentor team members and facilitate collaboration

Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments

Willingness to continuously learn about new industry trends, frameworks, and tools

Stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities
