Lead Frontend Engineer - React.js (6-9 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, providing technical guidance and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, backend developers, and product managers.

- Design and develop reusable, responsive, and efficient UI components using React.js, Redux, and TypeScript.

- Implement and optimize front-end architecture for scalability and performance.

- Ensure the application is cross-browser compatible and responsive.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.

- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.

- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of progressive experience with frontend web development using modern SPA frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)

- 2+ years of experience working with React and/or React Native

- 2+ years in a team leadership or technical lead role, managing and mentoring engineers

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, aligning technical decisions with business objectives

- Expertise in React and React Native for web and mobile development

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks

- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.)

- Solid understanding of responsive UI design and best practices

- Proficiency in SASS, CSS-in-JS, or other modern styling approaches

- Knowledge of multilingual support and accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a passion for building high-quality user experiences

- Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and third-party services

- Familiarity with code versioning tools (Git, GitHub) and CI/CD workflows

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance
