Job Description
- Merchant onboarding in assigned geography.
- Ensure to achieve 100% Monthly Targets.
- Recruit, Train and Build a team of Field Sales Executives and Team Leaders.
- Keep the team motivated and lead from front.
- Ensure to meet Quality parameters as per set norms.
Requirements
- Graduate with at least 1-2 years field sales experience and Minimum 2 years on supervisory role.
- Experience of handling team would be added advantage
- Good communication skills
- Must have computer knowledge - Excel and Basic Data Analysis
- Should be presentable in Market
- Should be excellent with verbal communication - English and Respective Regional
- Good Team management skills with a proven track record
