Senior Role - Statutory Audit - CA (2-3 yrs)

About the Team

This is a team of 3,000+ colleagues serving audit clients of primarily US and Canada and a few other countries. Services include end-to-end Audits, IT Audits, Data Analytics, Engagement Support Hub, Transaction Assurance and ESG, among others. The business supports multiple sectors and is currently present in Bengaluru, Kolkata and Kochi. Responsibilities

- Auditing and in charging complex sections of the financial statements of companies or end to end audit as per country specific statutory requirements.

- Prepare and present audit workpapers, document audit procedures and audit findings.

- Identify issues/missing information, manage & track the open issues until resolved.

- Being an active member of the Financial Service Audit engagement team and perform and supervise in audit procedures.

- Contacting clients and onshore team regularly to update on the progress of audit engagement.

- Maintain data confidentiality and adherence to the risk management policy by the team members.

Educational Qualifications

- Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g. ICAI or ACCA)

Work Experience

- The candidate must have 2+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big4 accounting firm.

Experience: Asset and Wealth Management would prefer.
