Job Summary
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for designing and developing financial dashboards, ensuring they provide key insights for decision-making. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, translating business needs into effective data visualizations. Additionally, you will oversee data preparation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for reporting. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, expertise in data visualization tools, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Business Support
- Partner with senior leaders to drive and deliver on performance management reporting and analytics though high-quality MI and stakeholder engagement
- The role supports group CIB Client Coverage and as such involves all markets supported by the bank on the coverage side of the business.
- Participate in projects covering full data lifecycle, end-to-end, from design, implementation, and testing, to documentation, delivery, support, and maintenance.
- Gather business and functional requirements and translate these requirements into robust, scalable and operable solutions that work well within the overall data architecture
- Understanding the financial processes end to end and working efficiently towards delivery of on demand CFO analytics to support specific business scenarios
- Development and implementation of data visualization, product-focused delivery processes, and core data information infrastructure for finance digital MI
- Development of internal and external partnering network to define & promote best practices for BI and build a community of practice across
- Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design
- Continuously reviewing all processes in order to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions
- Contribute in any ad-hoc finance related projects, including providing support to Finance Transformation initiatives as well as simplification of bank process
- Understand user requirements by conducting usability test and requirements gather in conjunction with business analysts and technical members of the team

Qualifications
- 7+ years of commercial project implementation experience (Database | Data warehousing | ETL | BI | Big Data | Data Science)
- Commercial experience working in Business Intelligence (SAP Analytics Cloud | Tableau | MS Power BI | MicroStrategy| Qlik)
- Proficiency in SQL (DML | DDL | DCL | TCL)
- Commercial experience working on database/data warehouse projects (Oracle | Exasol | SAP BW | Teradata)
- Commercial experience creating ETL processes using data integration tools (Dataiku | Informatica | Oracle DI | Talend | Pentaho DI | IBM DataStage)
- Effective communication skills
- A high degree of integrity and ability to challenge the views and actions of others in a constructive manner
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, multi task, lead through ambiguities, influence where he/she does not have direct authority & build on unstructured formative situations
- Strong Analytical and Strategic mindset, coupled with a thorough understanding of business performance management outcomes
- Should have worked in a business finance function with strong FP&A background.
- Strong ability to understand financial statements and its drivers and synthesize them into meaningful analyses as required. Develop analysis & interpretations as required to facilitate management decision making.
