UI Team Lead - React.js/TypeScript (10-15 yrs)

Experience : 10-14 years

Position : UI Tech Lead

Mandatory Skills : React, Typescript, Javascript, GraphQL, Ecommerce domain (All Mandatory)

- Customer Interfacing skills.

- Excellent Leadership Skills with more the 8 years of experience in IT.

- Proven Architectural exposure in building and scaling frontend solutions in an eCommerce environment.

- Work closely with offshore and insite team to define and deliver cohesive and high-quality outcomes.

- Experience in technologies like Shopify, NextJS , React , GraphQL.

- Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.).

- Provide guidance and mentorship to developers, helping them grow in their technical expertise.

- Understanding of conversion optimization, A/B testing, and analytics tools for eCommerce websites.

Good to have :

- Good to have some experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
