Job Description :

Mandatory :

- Proven experience with the Liferay DXP CMS system, including experience with migrations, out-of-the-box features and custom modules development and integration.

- Experience in software development using Java

- Good teamwork skills

- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Spoken and written English

Desirable :

- Agile methodologies

- SCRUM

- Liferay DXP 7.x, Java

- JS, HTML, CSS, etc.

- MySQL or similar

- REST APIs

- GIT

Desirable :

- Liferay DXP 7.4

- Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD is highly desirable.

- Jira, Confluence, Maven, Bamboo

Requirement :

- As a Sr. Liferay DXP Software Developer and CMS expert, the incumbent is responsible for the design, implementation, testing, deployment and support of Liferay modules and web applications from the SDD portfolio.

- Develop, test and deliver Liferay functionalities and modules as detailed in the WIPO JIRA system

- Participate in architecture and design work for improvements and implementation of new applications

- Troubleshoot and remediate system problems affecting availability and functionality

- Test applications and modules

- Provide support for deployed applications, incident analysis and resolution

- Efficiently collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

- Ensure alignment with WIPOs technical standards and procedures

- Deliver complete technical and user documentation

- Perform other related duties.
