Lead AI Engineer (5-12 yrs)

Job Title : Lead AI Engineer.

Notice Period : Immediate to max 30 days.

Experience Required : 5 to 12 years.

Education : Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, or Economics.

Role Purpose :

To consult with clients and deliver AI/ML applications by understanding their analytics needs and developing end-to-end data science solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design data science solutions to deliver stakeholder value.

- Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams for model integration and visualization.

- Translate complex business problems into data science models.

- Deploy AI/ML models using Flask, Azure Functions, or AWS Lambda.

- Design and implement scalable distributed systems

- Architect solutions that can handle large volumes of data for real-time and batch processing

- Design and develop efficient AI pipelines with automation and reliability across the platform

- Integrate agentic workflows and AI agents into data extraction processes, and enable systems to perform multi-step reasoning and tool usage to improve accuracy and efficiency of data extraction.

- Deploy, monitor, and maintain the LLM-based extraction systems in production, ensuring reliability and scalability.

Technical Skills :

- Machine Learning : Regression, Time Series, SVM, Random Forest, Clustering.

- Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs (GPTs), Reinforcement Learning.

- Advanced proficiency in Python

- Deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch/JAX)

- Machine learning model development : Real-time system design

- Experience with transformer models

- Knowledge of dialogue systems architecture

- Knowledge of distributed training strategies

- Knowledge of model compression technique
