Backend Engineer - C#/.Net Core (5-10 yrs)

Job Description / Duties And Responsibilities :

An individual contributor capable of meeting the expectations of a highly skilled team with extensive technical expertise in developing applications for the US mortgage market.

Experience : 5+ years.

Job Specification / Skills And Competencies :

- Develop and Maintain Backend Systems : Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services and applications using C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework.

- Integration Expertise : Lead the implementation of robust integration solutions, including designing and consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs, handling authentication protocols like OAuth, and integrating third-party services.

- Database Management : Work extensively with SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) for writing complex queries, query optimization, and data modelling; experience with ORMs like Entity Framework or Dapper is essential.

- Testing and Security : Ensure application reliability by writing unit tests, integration tests, and adhering to secure coding best practices to mitigate vulnerabilities.

- Collaboration and Tools : Work closely with cross-functional teams, using Git for version control and managing CI/CD pipelines through tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.

- Problem-Solving and Communication : Demonstrate strong debugging skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to team members and stakeholders.

Domian Expertise :

- Working experience in building applications within US Mortgage Domain.

- Expected to have good communication and experience in working directly with US based customers.

- Expected to work at least 4 hours overlap with US Pacific business hours.

- To adhere to the Information Security Management policies and procedures.
