Data Scientist - Python (3-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients by acting as a trusted data science advisor.

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and align analytics solutions accordingly.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering measurable outcomes and maintaining strong communication throughout project lifecycles.

- Design and implement machine learning models (e.g., Random Forest, XGBoost, Logistic Regression) for a variety of business use cases including customer segmentation, churn prediction, and recommendation systems.

- Conduct data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure optimal performance.

- Translate business requirements into actionable data science problems and deliver insights that drive decision-making.

- Support and participate in the end-to-end model lifecycle - from prototyping to deployment into production environments.

- Work with engineering teams to deploy models via APIs or integrate with client systems using FastAPI, Flask, or cloud-based solutions.

- Ensure proper monitoring, maintenance, and performance tracking of deployed models.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including consultants, engineers, and domain experts.

- Contribute to proposals, case studies, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.

- Actively participate in business development efforts by showcasing analytics capabilities to prospective clients.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, data analysis, and model deployment.

- Strong command of Python and its libraries (Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, etc.).

- Proficiency in building and validating supervised learning models (e.g., Random Forest, XGBoost).

- Experience working in client-facing roles or consulting environments.

- Excellent problem-solving and storytelling abilities - able to present complex results to non-technical audiences.
