Hiring: Founding Enterprise Account Executive (Remote | B2B SaaS | US Sales Focus)
- Experience: 6-13 years
- Compensation: Up to - 75 LPA + Variable + ESOPs
- Location: Remote (Must work US time zone ~4 AM IST start)
An early-stage B2B SaaS startup (with PMF and strong inbound interest) is building its founding sales team. We're looking for a high-agency Enterprise Sales Leader who thrives in ambiguity and wants to help shape the sales playbook from scratch.
What You'll Do:
- Own the entire sales cycle - from lead generation and discovery to closing six-figure deals and go-live
- Work closely with founders and product/engineering teams to influence roadmap and demo flows
- Manage pilots (free trials) with proactive stakeholder alignment and project management
- Build partnerships with strategic players (CFOs, MSPs, ISVs, etc.) to drive new revenue channels
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and contribute to best-in-class sales processes
- Eventually hire and lead a sales team
Requirements:
- 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, selling to US-based large enterprises
- Proven track record of closing $100K+ annual deals
- Must have experience working in a B2B SaaS product company
- Ability to operate in a high-ownership, fast-paced startup environment
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience working US hours (mandatory)
- Bonus: Experience with CFO personas, billing/CPQ/accounting systems, or early-stage teams
