About the Role: We are seeking a Marketing Associate who is eager to learn, grow, and make a significant impact. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of marketing, including:

- Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM)

- Product Marketing

- Operations

- YouTube Channel Growth Strategy

- Brand & Social Media Marketing

- Subscriber Acquisition

- Web & Performance Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and implementing product marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product and customer journeys.

- Support CLM strategies to optimize customer engagement and retention.

- Contribute to product operations activities.

- Participate in projects to drive growth alongside product marketing teams.

- Learning & Development: Within 12 to 24 months, you will gain expertise in the following areas:

- Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM)

- Product Knowledge

- Operations

- YouTube Marketing

- Brand & Social Media Marketing

- Web Subscriber Growth

- Web Marketing

- Performance Marketing

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in product marketing or a similar role.

- Familiarity with CLM tools like Webengage (Preferred) or Clevertap.

- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva.
