Full Stack Developer - Vue.js/Node.js - Voice AI Products (6-12 yrs)

Job Description :

Seeking a Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js and Vue.js (or React/Angular). You will be instrumental in building cutting-edge, voice AI-powered products.

Responsibilities :

- REST APIs - Understanding REST philosophy. Writing secure, reusable, testable, and efficient APIs.

- Database - Plan robust data models, design collection schemas, and write efficient queries.

- Frontend - Developing smooth user-facing features, using DRY philosophy for components where possible.

- UI/UX - Being consistent with the design principles and building perfect designs.

- Communication - Ensure clear and concise communication with other team members, the product team, and the support team.

Voice AI :

- Build low-latency and human-sounding voice agents using cutting-edge voice-to-voice models.

- Work with leading STT and TTS models to build world-class conversational products for a wide array of customer use cases.

- Enable additional capabilities for agents like appointment booking, data collection, etc.

- Fine-tune voice models for clarity, accuracy, and naturalness in various applications

Requirements :

- Expertise in building large-scale conversation agents along with Response Evaluations.

- Good hands-on experience with Node.js and Vue.js (or React/Angular).

- Experience working with production-grade applications deployed at scale.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field of study.

- 4+ years of engineering experience.

- Expertise with MongoDB.

- Proficient understanding of version control software (e. g., Git).

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
