Responsibilities
1. Handling Internal audit of Branches, Financial Audit, Process Audits and Statutory Compliances.
2. Compilation of branch expenses provisions.
3. Ensuring expenses are processed as per the company policies & guidelines,
exercising control on variations.
4. To coordinate and interact with the Head Office team.
5. Participating in development, implementation and maintenance of company policies.
6. To perform need-based assignments as instructed by management time-to-time.
7. Must have good analytical skills for carrying out the audit and good exposure
in drafting/review of Audit Reports
8. Verification of Monthly Cash Expenses with the vouchers and supporting and Reconciliation
of cash summary provided by the Cashiers with the accounting records.
9. Verification of TDS/TCS deductions and payments.
10. Checking of Provident Fund Return.
11. Preparation of Depreciation workings.
12. Verification and Releasing of Vendor payments.
13. Liaising with Statutory Auditors for Tax and Statutory Audit.
14. Conducting monthly Physical Stock Audits.
Qualifications
1. Min 2 years of experience into Internal Audit
2. Must have knowledge of Tally ERP 9 software, GST, TDS, etc.
3. Experience with MS Excel and accounting software
4. Ability to work effectively within time-frame & ability to deliver the task
effectively.
