SAP Business One Technical Consultant - ECC Platform (4-7 yrs)

We are hiring an experienced SAP B1 Technical Consultant with 46 years of hands-on expertise in SAP Business One, SAP B1 SDK, and ABAP development. Youll play a critical role in supporting data migration projects, especially from SAP B1 to SAP ECC, and building technical solutions that drive transformation and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in SAP B1 to SAP ECC migration projects from a technical perspective.

- Extract and transform data using SAP B1 SDK (DI API & UI API) and map it to ECC structures.

- Develop custom ABAP programs, reports, and enhancements in ECC.

- Create detailed technical design documentation for custom developments, extractions, and integrations.

- Build and manage integration solutions using IDocs, APIs, and middleware tools.

- Work closely with functional teams to understand and replicate custom business logic in ECC.

- Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide knowledge transfer to client teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in CS, IT, or related discipline.

- 46 years of experience working with SAP Business One (SAP B1).

- Strong expertise in SAP B1 SDK (DI API & UI API).

- Proficient in ABAP (BAPIs, IDocs, reports, data dictionary, etc.).

- Good understanding of SAP B1 technical architecture, tables, and database (SQL Server or SAP HANA).

- Experience with data extraction and transformation for migration activities.

- Familiarity with data migration methodologies and tools.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Prior experience working with clients directly is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- SAP B1 or ABAP certification.

- Experience with SAP PI/PO or integration middleware.

- Exposure to SAP ECC modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP) is advantageous.
