Techolution - Python Developer - Flask/Django (4-5 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Developer to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Python-based applications and services. You should have a strong understanding of core Python concepts, familiarity with web frameworks, and a passion for writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.

Key Responsibilities :

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code

- Develop back-end components, APIs, and services using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI

- Integrate front-end elements developed by other team members with server-side logic

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers

- Design and implement data storage solutions (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)

- Optimize applications for performance and scalability

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers

- Troubleshoot and debug applications

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- Proven experience as a Python Developer (25+ years depending on level)

- Strong understanding of Python and Pythonic principles

- Hands-on experience with one or more Python web frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.)

- Experience with RESTful API design and development

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) is a plus

- Experience with databases and ORM tools (e.g., SQLAlchemy, Django ORM)

- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
