Company Description:

• Tecno Systems India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is the Asian plant of Tecno System Group. Located in Bangalore in India, in the heart of Electronic City, since 2015 it meets the technological production needs of a booming market. Today, is a production plant able to offer a complete EMS services for the main industrial sectors respecting the highest European quality standards and all operators have obtained the IPC Specialist certification.

💡 Job Responsibilities:

• Request for the quotation (RFQ) processing
• Generating EMS enquiry independently.
• Converting enquires to Order.
• Customer coordination from enquiry generation to delivery and payment collection.
• Project Management ie communicating customer requirements effectively to internal team and ensuring product delivery in line with customer requirement.
• Work Order Processing
• Customer / vendor Registration Process.
• Invoicing
• Provisional Purchase order acceptance
• Program/Project Management for established process.
• ERP/Sage.
• File management.
• Report Generation and Tracking
• Customer coordination
• Coordination with internal teams mainly stores, production, QA etc.
• Adherence to Quality Systems ISO / AS/ IATF

✏️ Qualifications & Requirements:

• Fluent in English, Kannada, Tamil & Hindi (Not Mandatory)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field, with an emphasis on Electronics Manufacturing Services(EMS). Maximum of 4 Years.
• Knowledge of market research. Electronic sector is mandatory
• Good understanding of supply chain procedures
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Preferably Male Candidates
