Presales Design Specialist

• Role & responsibilities

• Create visually engaging, structured RFP responses in MS Word that meet both branding and client requirements.
• Develop high-quality PowerPoint decks for client meetings, demos, and solution walkthroughs, including visuals like diagrams, flowcharts, and icons.
• Drive visual storytelling by transforming complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals with solutioning and content teams (e.g. infographics, timelines, diagrams)
• Maintain consistent use of corporate templates and brand guidelines across all presales collateral.

Deliver high-quality work within tight timelines while managing multiple concurrent priorities

Preferred candidate profile

• PowerPoint and MS Word (Advanced formatting and layout skills)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding of RFP/RFI structures and proposal lifecycle
• Attention to detail, layout consistency, and visual clarity
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
